We have a long experience of wire cutting (wire EDM). It can be used for cutting dies, mold parts and other components with different forms and to a close tolerance. Even very hard materials such as carbide and PCD can be wire cut. High surface quality can be reached, in most cases grinding afterwards is not needed. Our wire cutting service is a good alternative when precise cutting is needed for both soft and as well hard materials which are conductive. Smallest wire diameter in use 0,1 mm also 0,25mm and 0,3mm we offer.
We also do multiple CNC drilling of small holes with electrode diameters between Ø 0,3-6 mm. Materials to be drilled; hardened steel, metal carbides, titanium, aluminum and others.
